Une telle carte pourrait nous permettre de rehausser notre compr\u00e9hension fondamentale de processus pathologiques, et guider le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils diagnostiques et la d\u00e9couverte de m\u00e9dicaments. En tirant profit de l\u2019expertise de sp\u00e9cialistes issus de nombreux domaines, notamment la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, l\u2019analyse structurale, l\u2019imagerie cellulaire et la biologie computationnelle, y compris des boursiers du programme <a href=\"https:\/\/cifar.ca\/fr\/recherche\/programmes\/architecture-moleculaire-de-la-vie\">Architecture mol\u00e9culaire de la vie<\/a>\u00a0du CIFAR, ainsi que des dirigeants d\u2019entreprises pharmaceutiques et de fabricants d\u2019instruments m\u00e9dicaux, cette table ronde visait \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les exigences technologiques et favoriser la cr\u00e9ation de cette carte mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les discussions \u00e0 la table ronde ont port\u00e9 sur la fa\u00e7on dont des perc\u00e9es r\u00e9centes dans diverses techniques analytiques ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019organisation spatiotemporelle des cellules, des composantes cellulaires et des voies biologiques. De plus, les conf\u00e9renciers ont parl\u00e9 de la mise au point d\u2019algorithmes bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019analyse et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es produites par ces techniques. Cette rencontre favorisera des conversations plus approfondies entre les chercheurs, les fabricants d\u2019instruments et les fabricants de m\u00e9dicaments, et facilitera les collaborations qui pourraient mener \u00e0 de meilleurs outils de recherche, m\u00e9dicaments et diagnostics.<\/p>\n<h2>Parties prenantes cibles<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pharmaceutiques<\/li>\n<li>Fabricants d\u2019outils diagnostiques<\/li>\n<li>Fabricants d\u2019instruments scientifiques<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppeurs d\u2019applications bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/li>\n<li>Professionnels et instances de r\u00e9glementation dans le domaine m\u00e9dical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>R\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Des m\u00e9thodes de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse am\u00e9lior\u00e9es produisent des signatures m\u00e9tabolomiques et prot\u00e9omiques haute r\u00e9solution de divers tissus ou cellules, ce qui peut guider la mise au point de m\u00e9dicaments et d\u2019\u00e9preuves diagnostiques cibl\u00e9s. De plus, ces techniques produisent des cartes plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es des interactions entre les prot\u00e9ines et rehaussent notre compr\u00e9hension des voies biologiques et des m\u00e9canismes pathologiques.<\/li>\n<li>Des perc\u00e9es en microscopie et en techniques d\u2019imagerie cellulaire, comme le transfert d\u2019\u00e9nergie de r\u00e9sonance de bioluminescence (BRET) et l\u2019imagerie \u00e0 faible luminosit\u00e9 permettent l\u2019observation de processus cellulaires et de voies de signalisation dans des cellules vivantes.<\/li>\n<li>Une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la biologie structurale, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de m\u00e9thodes compl\u00e9mentaires, comme la RMN, la cryomicroscopie \u00e9lectronique et la spectroscopie par r\u00e9sonance double \u00e9lectronique, peut mener \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension plus globale des structures mol\u00e9culaires, en capturant, par exemple, de multiples conformations d\u2019une prot\u00e9ine complexe ou des \u00e9tats interm\u00e9diaires pendant la liaison \u00e0 des ligands.<\/li>\n<li>Comme les m\u00e9thodes analytiques produisent des images et des profils mol\u00e9culaires de plus haute r\u00e9solution, il y a production d\u2019un volume croissant de donn\u00e9es. De meilleurs outils computationnels peuvent faciliter l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es afin d\u2019extraire les r\u00e9sultats pertinents au plan biologique.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9solution de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, il est possible de cibler des cellules ou des tissus malades plus t\u00f4t et avec plus de pr\u00e9cision afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 leur \u00e9limination.
