About
Alison is an award-winning communications professional with a passion for pairing research and storytelling to drive business results. She has spent the last 12 years working at both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Most recently, she led the rebrand of the National Payroll Institute and built strategic campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences. Her love of purpose-driven communications has seen her spearhead efforts in support of several causes throughout her career, including financial literacy, red tape reduction, environmental sustainability, and workplace efficiency. Some of her past employers include Forests Ontario and Wolters Kluwer.
Alison has a BA Honours from Western University, an MA in Literatures of Modernity from Toronto Metropolitan University, and several professional certificates from the University of Toronto and York University.
