Kelly Rubin

Talent & Culture Specialist

About

As Talent & Culture Specialist, Kelly focuses on employee engagement, organizational culture, and values.

She has 10 years of experience in government, academia, and the private sector both in the United States and Canada. Previous positions included HR and Workforce Development roles at the Embassy of Canada (Washington, DC), The George Washington University, LivingSocial (now part of Groupon), the National Association of County & City Health Officials (Washington, DC), and BMO Financial Group.

Kelly holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
