Salesforce Systems Analyst

About

Maheeja is the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at CIFAR. She manages the Salesforce system and other applications integrated with Salesforce.

Maheeja collaborates with the rest of the CIFAR team to create and launch Program Surveys, manage the database, help with report generation and automate processes to improve efficiency of various departments.

Prior to joining CIFAR, she was at Silverline CRM, Toronto, where she implemented various Salesforce projects for Clients in the Media Industry. She has 10+ years of experience in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for North American Clients. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Salesforce Administrator.
