Rachel D’souza holds the position of Research Officer, Evaluation & Learning at CIFAR where she supports performance measurement, evaluation and learning initiatives. She works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess the impact of CIFAR’s research programs, ensuring data-driven insights inform strategic decision-making. With expertise in research evaluation, data analysis and project management, she helps advance CIFAR’s commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration.
Previously, Rachel worked as the Analyst, Strategic Planning and Performance Analysis at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, where she managed key performance indicators, impact assessments and reporting processes. She brings a strong analytical approach to her work and is dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes in the research and non-profit sectors.
