Shawndra is an experienced HR professional with 20 years of experience providing strategic support in the areas of organizational development and effectiveness, resource planning, performance management, employee relations and professional development. She has worked in public, private and non-profit environments. Working in fast-paced and growing organizations has allowed her to lend her expertise in creating new cultures and practices to support changing business needs.
Shawndra holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Western, a Post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College is a Certified Insights Facilitator and holds a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Rotman School of Management.
