About
Wanying Zhao is the Manager of Evaluation and Learning at CIFAR, where she works with teams across the organization to conduct learning and evaluation, and reporting activities. Prior to joining CIFAR, Wanying was the Manager of Measurement, Evaluation and Learning at the Ontario Trillium Foundation, where she led the development and delivery of an outcomes measurement framework for Canada’s largest granting agency. Wanying holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
